Richardson Leão

O laboratório Neurodinâmica do Instituto do Cérebro da UFRN foi estabelecido recentemente e trabalha na decodificação padrões de atividade dos neurônios e compartimentos neuronais. Temos obtido sucesso no registro in vitro e in vivo de oscilações usando imagem de corantes sensíveis a voltagem com registros patch-clamp simultâneo. Além disso, estamos desenvolvendo a técnica de imagem de sensores de voltagem codificados geneticamente. Nossas técnicas ainda incluem a produção de vetores virais e animais geneticamente modificados.
