marmosetvocalizations

Introduction

A dataset of labeled vocalizations of the common marmoset (Callithrix jacchus). The vocalizations were recorded from a captive colony in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The dataset is described in Turesson HK, Ribeiro S, Pereira DR , Papa JP and Albuquerque VHC Automatic identification of marmoset vocalizations. XXX (2016).

Documentation

The vocalizations are saved in wav format sampled at 44100 Hz. They are named following this scheme: type_d_t_.wav. For example the file "typeALARM1_d140903_t145027_000.wav", is the recording of a call of type ALARM1, recorded on 2014-09-27 at 14:50:27 in the afternoon.
